Network Speeds

We .. Click Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc and press Enter
It will open a page where you will need to do:
Open the "Local Computer Policy"
Open the "administrative templates"
Open the "network"
Open the "QoS Packet Scheduler"
On the right side of the window click the "limit reservable bandwidth" and click on "Enabled"
Shortly after he was down to do "Enabled" go to "Bandwidth limit%" and it ndrojeni of 20 (or as is) to 0 and click OK ....
Then restart the PC and log on in normal mode ...... and to see change ...

Ne Anen e djatht te dritares klikoni ne "limit reservable bandwidth" Dhe klikoni ne "enabled"
Pak me posht pasi qe ta beni "Enabled" shkoni ne "Bandwidth limit %" dhe ndrojeni ate prej ne 20 (apo sa eshte) ne 0 dhe klikoni OK....
Pastaj restartoni PC-ne dhe kycuni ne modin normal......dhe to ta shihni ndryshimin...
